Policies & Patient's Rules and Regulations

The following are the guidelines for the residents of our clinical wellness retreat. By confirming a booking and/or taking admission, the patient agrees to abide by the terms set forth herein.

1 Booking and Payment Terms

  • A sum equivalent to 50% of the total package cost shall be payable as an advance at the time of booking confirmation.
  • The balance 50% amount shall be paid in full at the time of admission / check-in.
  • The Retreat reserves the right to deny admission in the event of non-payment of the balance amount at the time of check-in.

2 Medical Disclosure Requirement

  • All patients are required to sign the Treatment Programme Consent Sheet at the time of the first consultation, as it is a mandatory policy at CS Wellspring.
  • Patients must mandatorily carry all relevant previous medical records, including diagnostic reports, prescriptions, discharge summaries, and ongoing treatment details.
  • Failure to disclose accurate and complete medical history may result in:
    • Modification or cancellation of treatment protocols, and/or
    • Refusal of admission at the sole discretion of the Retreat.

3 Minimum Stay Policy

The minimum duration of stay shall be seven (7) days, and may vary based on the advice of the Medical Officer during consultation.
  • Once admission is confirmed, patients shall not be permitted to reduce the duration of stay, as treatment protocols are structured holistically and require continuity.
  • Any request for reduction in stay shall be treated as voluntary early discharge, and no refund shall be applicable.

4 Amendment of Admission Date

Change of admission date shall be permitted only under exceptional circumstances. Such amendment shall be allowed in the case of:

  • Death in the immediate family (parents, spouse, children, or siblings), or
  • Serious medical emergency affecting the patient or immediate family.
  • Valid documentary evidence shall be required.
  • The revised admission date shall be subject to availability and management approval.

5 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refunds shall be processed as follows:

No refund shall be provided in case of:

  • Early discharge initiated by the patient during the treatment period.
  • Non-adherence to prescribed treatment resulting in discontinuation.

6 Children Policy

  • Children above the age of 10 years shall be treated and charged as adults.
  • Children must comply with all Retreat policies and medical advisories.

7 Food and Beverage Policy

The Retreat is a strictly vegetarian facility. All patients shall adhere to a personalised therapeutic diet plan prescribed by the Medical Officer.
  • Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited.
  • Bystanders and accompanying guests may opt for meals from a designated Bystander Menu, subject to availability.

8 Digital Detox Policy

The Retreat is designed to maintain a calm, silent, and therapeutic environment.

  • Use of mobile phones shall be restricted in therapy areas, consultation zones, and other designated silent spaces.
  • Playing music, videos, or any audio content without headphones is strictly prohibited.
  • Loud conversations, disturbances, or disruptive behaviour are not permitted.
  • The Management reserves the right to restrict or confiscate usage privileges in case of repeated violations.

9 Privacy and Photography Policy

  • Photography or videography of other patients, staff, or special facilities are strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
  • This includes any attempt to capture images of public figures, celebrities, or dignitaries admitted to the Retreat.
  • Violation of this clause may result in immediate discharge and legal action.

10 Environmental Responsibility Policy

  • Patients are encouraged to carry their personal hygiene items such as a toothbrush, shaver, trimmer, and other essential toiletries. The Retreat shall provide basic toiletries on a complimentary basis.
  • The Retreat follows a plastic-free policy.
  • Drinking water shall be provided in glass bottles (RO purified), and herbal hot water shall be made available daily.

11 Dress Code Policy

  • Patients are encouraged to wear comfortable attire such as kurta-pyjama, tracksuits, or similar. Such attire will be made available for purchase based on the patient's size, which must be shared prior to arrival.
  • Patients are also requested to carry their swimwear for aqua therapies, if included in their treatment programme.
  • Standard clothing may be provided by the Retreat, if opted:
    • Complimentary laundry for provided / purchased garments.
    • One set of innerwear laundry per day.
  • Laundry of personal garments shall be charged separately.

12 Strict Prohibitions

The Retreat is a 100% non-smoking zone.

The following are strictly prohibited within the premises:

Alcohol
Drugs or psychotropic substances
Caffeine-based consumables
Any intoxicants
  • Patients shall wear the issued wristband at all times for identification and treatment classification.
  • Patients are not permitted to leave the premises during the treatment period.
  • Bystanders may exit but shall not bring external items inside.
  • Visitors are not permitted during the admission period.

13 General Patient Conduct Policies

The Retreat follows global best wellness practices.

  • Patients shall comply with all medical instructions, therapy schedules, and consultation protocols.
  • Punctuality for treatments and sessions is mandatory.
  • Respectful conduct towards fellow patients and staff is required at all times.
  • Any deviation from prescribed therapies without medical approval is not permitted.

14 Management Rights and Enforcement

The Management reserves the absolute right to enforce all policies stated herein and modify rules in the interest of safety and operational efficiency.

The Management shall have the right to initiate immediate discharge of any patient in case of:

  • Breach of any policy.
  • Misconduct or inappropriate behaviour.
  • Non-compliance with medical protocols.
In such cases, no refund shall be applicable, and the patient may be liable for damages, if any.
