Inspired by a deep passion for integrative healthcare, Dr. Chandrashekar travelled extensively across India and internationally, exploring renowned wellness retreats, medical wellness centres, and holistic healing institutions. These experiences enabled him to study global best practices, innovative treatment methodologies, and exceptional hospitality standards.
With a clear vision and unwavering determination, he returned with a singular purpose—to create a clinical wellness retreat that seamlessly blends India's rich heritage of traditional healing with structured, scientifically guided, outcome-focused wellness programs.

The search for the ideal destination eventually led him to the tranquil banks of the Palar River in Nallathur Village, just a few kilometres from the pristine shores of the Bay of Bengal along the scenic East Coast Road (ECR). Surrounded by lush greenery, abundant fresh air, and untouched natural beauty, the location perfectly embodied the environment required for healing, rejuvenation, and transformation.
It was here that Dr. Chandrashekar brought together a highly experienced team of wellness physicians, traditional medicine practitioners, therapists, nutrition experts, and hospitality professionals. By integrating clinical expertise, authentic therapeutic traditions, personalised wellness programs, and world-class hospitality, they created CS Wellspring—one of India's most promising clinical wellness retreats, offering a harmonious blend of healing, science, nature, and compassionate care in the heart of Tamil Nadu.
