Clinical Wellness

Six healing modalities, one integrative vision

An Integrative Map of Healing

CS Wellspring's clinical wellness model draws from six time-honoured healing disciplines, applied not in isolation but in carefully orchestrated synergy. Together, they address the full spectrum of human health — physical, physiological, energetic, psychological and spiritual.

Ayurveda

Ayurveda

India's ancient science of life — Ayurveda identifies each person's unique constitutional type (Prakriti) and prescribes therapies, medicines and dietary guidance to restore balance at the deepest level. At CS Wellspring, classical Ayurvedic treatments including Panchakarma, Abhyanga, Shirodhara and Kizhi are administered by senior Ayurvedic physicians using traditionally prepared herbal medicines.

Naturopathy

Naturopathy

Naturopathy works with the body's innate healing intelligence, using water, earth, sunlight, food and movement as therapeutic tools. At CS Wellspring, our naturopathic protocols — including hydrotherapy, mud therapy, nutritional medicine and therapeutic fasting — are evidence-informed, individually prescribed and supervised by qualified naturopathic physicians.

Yoga

Yoga

Therapeutic Yoga at CS Wellspring goes far beyond physical postures. Our certified Yoga therapists design individualised practices — drawing from Hatha, Iyengar and therapeutic Yoga traditions — that support clinical healing, build resilience and cultivate the deep inner stillness that is the foundation of lasting well-being.

Meditation

Meditation

Clinical research increasingly confirms what meditating traditions have known for millennia: sustained meditative practice produces measurable improvements in stress hormones, immune function, pain perception and emotional regulation. At CS Wellspring, our meditation teachers guide guests through a range of evidence-based contemplative practices tailored to individual needs.

Watsu & Aqua Therapy

Watsu & Aqua Therapy

Watsu — a form of aquatic bodywork performed in warm water — combines elements of Shiatsu, joint mobilisation and meditative breath-work in a weightless aquatic environment. The experience is profoundly relaxing and therapeutically potent, particularly for musculoskeletal conditions, neurological rehabilitation, trauma and profound stress.

Herbal Cosmetology

Herbal Cosmetology

CS Wellspring's Herbal Cosmetology programme harnesses the therapeutic properties of Ayurvedic and naturopathic botanicals to restore and enhance the health of skin, hair and nails from the inside out. Far beyond cosmetic application, our herbal formulations address the root causes of common skin and hair conditions — including constitutional imbalances, toxin accumulation and nutritional deficiencies.
